Job Description

We are looking for Operative Product Owner for Product Design Applications, Commercial  structures, Product Requirement.

Needed to work for Commercial Structures & Product Requirements, Material Compliance and Component Management.

The Operative Product Owner ensures effective prioritization, alignment, and delivery within their area, acting as the central connection point between business needs and technical execution.

Operating as a proactive and engaged leader, this role works closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other Product Owners to ensure that backlog content is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with both immediate goals and long -term strategy.

• Understands and aligns the business and technical prioritizations within the area.
• Acts as the primary interface for adding and prioritizing all types of backlog items.
• Ensures that technical solutions fulfil requirements and secure long -term strategic goals.
• Secures plans and estimations related to the product area and backlog, and, manages deviations effectively.
• Provides timely, transparent updates on backlog and product area progress to stakeholders.
• Identifies, evaluates and drives improvements and resolution of impediments.
• Encourages collaboration, communication, and shared understanding between technical teams, stakeholders, and business representatives.
