Job Description

Facilitates Agile processes at a program level, ensuring cross-team alignment, delivery efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Acting as a servant (true) leader and coach, this role supports multiple Scrum teams, removes impediments, fosters collaboration, and ensures adherence to Agile principles and practices.

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile ceremonies across the multiple teams
• Remove obstacles and impediments affecting program-level delivery.
• Coordinate with other processes outside the PLM program, e.g. IT change calendar
• Support Product Owners and stakeholders in backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Track and communicate program-level metrics and progress toward objectives.
• Promote collaboration, communication, and transparency across teams and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.
Mandatory Skills: PLM-Agile-Application-Architecture .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .
