Job Description

As a PLM Solution Architect for CI & Code Release Management, you will play a critical role in defining a Discipline system architecture, integrating various systems, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to both drive and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 
The PLM Solution Architect works to:
- Own the release calendar, ensuring all changes are planned, documented, and communicated in advance.
- Lead release readiness reviews, validating requirements, dependencies, environment readiness, and risk mitigation before deployment.
- Coordinate across multiple teams — including infrastructure and dependent service owners — to ensure all components are ready for release.
- Identify open issues early, drive them to resolution, and escalate blockers promptly.
- Act as the single point of truth for release scope, status, and risk.
- Facilitate clear, timely communication to stakeholders during all release phases (planning, execution, post-release).
- Track post-release issues, ensure ownership is assigned, and follow through to resolution.
- Maintain a log of release learnings and drive process improvements to reduce late surprises and production defects.
- Support incremental, smaller releases where possible to reduce scope risk.
Mandatory Skills: Devops - Continuous Integration .
