Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Should have at least 7 to 8 yrs as practitioner sales (Industrial 4.0)
Responsible for carrying sales quota driving new Order Bookings for Engineering R&D Services across multiple industry verticals including but not limited to Manufacturing, ENU, Automotive, Health etc.
Identify opportunities of growth in Engineering Sales in the Nordics and lead account strategy and planning
Drive penetration in relevant client orgs, developing and strengthening relationships with decision-makers and influencers
Create propositions working with Wipro competencies. SME and Strong Solutioning background.
Lead negotiation and commercial terms for large deals.
Identify short-term as well as long-term business opportunities and shape, generate and maintain a healthy pipeline
Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with current and future customers
Actively work our existing and extensive customer base to create new opportunities
Gather intelligence and obtain a clear and comprehensive understanding of the client's business issues and challenges
Develop and grow relationships within the global sales team and actively collaborate and share customer intelligence and opportunities
Participate in sales team gatherings and sales initiatives

Skills & Experience & Expectations:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to thrive in Wipro’s multi-cultural, global work environment
Excellent analytical ability and strong persuasion skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering + MBA from a reputed institute
Consistent track record in technical and product engineering sales region and globally and consistently meeting or exceeding increasing sales goals
Well versed with the working of various industry verticals.
Experience in shaping and closing multi-million-dollar deals
Prior experience in product engineering sales a strong plus
Have knowledge of various technologies such as Industry 4.0, 5G, AI/ML, Engineering design services, PLM, VLSI, IOT, SW/HW and Embedded services etc
Demonstrated ability to run solution-based sales at multiple levels in our customer’s organization
Excellent inter-personal skills to create and maintain profitable relationships with existing and potential customers
