͏Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing Golang software in a Linux environment, multi-threaded programming techniques, state-machine and event-driven programming, network monitoring protocols (gRPC, gNMI, SNMP, OpenTelemetry etc), integration with cloud-based back-end systems, data structures, algorithms, and code-analysis and refactoring skills.
  • Develop and maintain Golang software applications for IOT/network devices.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IOT device trends/technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineers and operators to implement telemetry/monitoring solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve large-scale field deployments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing Golang applications in Linux-based operating systems with relevant background in telecommunication/ISP/networking industries.
  • Experience with streaming/monitoring standards/strategies (gNMI, gRPC, OpenTelemetry, SNMP etc) for service-provider network.
  • Experience in multi-threaded programming techniques, state-machine and event-driven programming.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skill
  • Experience with low-level hardware/software integration.
  • Cloud infrastructure/integration (GCP, AWS or similar) .
  • Good understanding of security protocols and techniques.
  • Experience working in start-up like environments where things can change on a dime
Mandatory Skills: Enterprise Platform Engineering Go Lang .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
