Position: Pega Lead

Job Description

  • Backend Engineering Code complex logic using advanced Activities, Job Schedulers, and Queue Processors.
  • Pega CDHConfigure Next-Best-Action strategies, Data Flows, and adaptive models.
  • Architecture Lead migration to Pega Constellation architecture and implement DX APIs.
  • Workflow Architect complex Case Management for long-running transactions and sub-processes.
  • Certification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Mandatory.
  • hands-on Pega development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity 8.8+ or Pega '23.
  • Core Pega Deep expertise in Class Structure Design, ECS, Agent/Queue Processor management, and Data Pages (Keyed, Editable, SOR patterns).
  • Pega CDH Strategy Builder, NBA Designer, Adaptive/Predictive Models, Interaction History, and Real-time Data Flows.
  • Modern UX - Pega Constellation, Cosmos React, DX API v2/v3. Understanding of React.js concepts is a strong plus.
  • Backend Coding -Proficiency in Java (for Function libraries/custom connectors), SQL (stored procedures, complex joins), and XML/JSON parsing.
  • Integration - REST/JSON services, Kafka (Stream services), JMS listeners, and OAuth 2.0 implementation.
Mandatory Skills: PEGA .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
