Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Location- SunnyVale, CA ( Day one Onsite)
Job Description:
- Should have minimum 12+ years of Experience as a Sap Fico consultant accountable for designing, implementing and deploying Sap based ERP solutions for client. validating report requirements, validating changes and customizing, providing training to end-user ensuring stability of solution, working closely with client Finance team and sorting day to day queries of end-users
- Evaluate existing SAP data to determine what needs to be moved, excluded, or historicized, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
- Work with senior leadership to design the new company code structure, chart of accounts, and financial reporting requirements
- Identify gaps between the "As-Is" (current) process in the parent company and the "To-Be" process required for the separated entity
- Assist in defining the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) to ensure a smooth, compliant handover from the seller to the buyer
- Configure new Company Codes, Controlling Areas, Profit Centres, and Cost Centres in the new SAP instance
- Configure Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bank Accounting (BA) tailored to the new entity’s operations
- Manage the separation of fixed assets, including depreciation, acquisition, and retirement data
- Configure Cost Centre Accounting (CCA), Profit Centre Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing
- Map financial data from the source to the target environment
- Remove or neutralize data related to business units not involved in the carve-out
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support to ensure the accuracy of carved-out financial data and processes
- Perform pre- and post-cutover reconciliations to ensure financial integrity between the old and new systems
- Collaborate with MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning) teams to ensure seamless end-to-end data flow
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
