Job Title: Senior Program Manager - A/B Testing

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Key Competencies

  • Proven experience managing large‑scale A/B testing and experimentation programs using Adobe Target.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, MVT, and optimization methodologies
  • Program & portfolio management
  • Experimentation strategy and execution

  • Data‑informed decision‑making
  • Executive communication and storytelling

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program management, managing large‑scale A/B testing, digital optimization and experimentation programs at scale using Adobe Target.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, MVT, and dynamic optimization concepts.
  • Experience working across web, email, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experimentation roadmap and execution plan
  • Test intake, prioritization, and specification documents
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs in a global environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ongoing program status reports and stakeholder updates
  • Governance standards, workflows, and best‑practice guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise experimentation platforms (web, email, or personalization tools).
  • Background in digital marketing, product optimization, or data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery models and experimentation‑driven product teams.
  • Ability to translate analytical outcomes into clear business recommendations.

 
Mandatory Skills: Adobe Launch and Analytics .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
