Project Manager with Data Engineer

Location :- Open for both Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, C

Job Description

A hands-on Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in data-driven and AI-centric product environments

Responsible for driving execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating globally distributed teams, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple workstreams in parallel, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Conduct and facilitate daily stand-ups across global time zones, maintaining visibility and accountability

Deeply understand business domains and the technical architecture, enabling informed decision-making and risk identification

Collaborate with data engineers, AI/ML scientists, analysts, and product teams to translate goals into actionable plans

Track progress using Agile or hybrid methodologies, escalating blockers and resolving dependencies.Own the lifecycle of tasks — from planning through execution, delivery, and retrospectives

Ability to create Tableau reportsRequired Skills:Strong grasp of data pipelines, data architecture, and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau)

Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, model lifecycle, and experimentation frameworks

Experience managing complex, multi-track projects.Skilled in project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent

Excellent communication and coordination across technical and non-technical teams

Proven experience working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams

Additional Skills

Agile/Scrum or SAFe certifications preferred.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern DevOps practices

Capable of creating executive-level dashboards and summaries

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
