TECHNICAL LEAD ADAS AND AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE AI - FTE

Job Title - Technical Lead (ADAS)
Location - Sunrise, Florida (Onsite)
Salary $90K-100K
Key skills - Python, ADAS, Automotive domain
Strong automotive domain knowledge, with hands-on experience in ADAS technologies, is a significant addition of value.
Possesses strong Python scripting expertise along with the ability to design and develop scalable, maintainable automation frameworks that support efficient validation and testing activities.
Demonstrates the capability to effectively support production issue analysis and debugging, ensuring timely identification and resolution of critical issues. 
Skilled in managing multiple activities and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and adherence to project timelines.
Experienced in lab hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operational readiness of test environments. Actively supports offshore teams by providing quick resolutions to technical issues, minimizing downtime, and enabling uninterrupted project execution.
Contributes effectively across execution cycles by driving tasks to completion, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring project deliverables are achieved in alignment with quality, schedule, and customer expectations. Continuously focuses on process improvement, knowledge sharing, and enhancing overall team productivity.
Strong English language proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to support reporting, stakeholder engagement, and procedural documentation

Areas of responsibility

Gathering of requirements-Participate in gathering requirements for specific modules and ensure clear, structured documentation. Work across multiple business processes to capture linkages, dependencies, and required changes.
Mandatory Skills: ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle AI .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
