Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Business Consultant with a background in online fashion retail to support the client in Korea. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic liaison between the Client’s Korea business team and the India offshore team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. A business consulting background with an understanding of user experience (UX) in digital retail is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Client’s business team in Korea and the India offshore team.
  • Facilitate business discussions in Korean with local stakeholders and in English with offshore teams.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable insights for UX and development teams based in India.
  • Provide strategic input on Korean market - digital retail initiatives, including e-commerce optimization, customer journey mapping etc.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Korean and English language (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of Korean markets. 
  • Understanding online fashion retail platform user experience and consumer behavior is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in business consulting, with exposure to UX.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage cross-border coordination.
