The purpose of the role is to design, program, simulate and test the automation product or process to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness required.

Job Description

Sybase team is providing end to end critical production support along with non-prod support for US/UK/PacRim clients.

Role is to play EMEA L3, who should be responsible in interacting the EMEA clients in planning / execution of Sybase projects like RHEL builds, replications setups, upgrades, power down activities, CNR activities and health checks, space management and lock issues, trouble shooting for various issues in ASE and Replication etc.,

Exposure to handle production on-call escalations effectively within the SLA’s and enough capable to work independently. Strong Sybase ASE, Sybase IQ, Replication technical skills along with automation skills is a must , experience in FOGLIGHT monitoring and exposure to financial industry will be key.

 

Experience between 8 to 10 years and along with strong communications skills are needed as assocaites he will be handling EMEA region clients.
