Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee BPR Data Conversion initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data migration processes aligned with project milestones.
  • Provide expert MDM (Master Data Management) technical support to troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and operational challenges.
  • Coordinate Syniti platform scheduled upgrades and conduct rigorous testing to validate enhancements and minimize disruptions.
  • Generate and analyze comprehensive Data Quality Reports for ECC, S4, and Interim environments, identifying areas for data integrity improvement.
  • Perform detailed data profiling to assess accuracy, completeness, and consistency across diverse datasets.
  • Support the Data Governance Council and MDM activities to enhance governance frameworks and promote best practices.
  • Prepare the team and processes for DQ initiatives planned for future S4 transformations.

Performance Metrics and Deliverables

No. Performance Parameter Measurement Criteria
1 Process Efficiency Daily number of cases resolved, strict adherence to defined processes and quality standards, achievement of process-level SLAs, monitoring of Pulse survey scores, and analysis of customer feedback including NSAT and ESAT metrics.
2 Team Management Monitoring and improving team productivity and efficiency while managing absenteeism rates to maintain consistent service delivery.
3 Capability Development Number of training (Triage) sessions completed, results of technical assessments, continuous improvement in skill levels and knowledge retention.

These metrics will be regularly reviewed with leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals, client satisfaction, and ongoing team development.
