Details

 We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the electrical testing and validation of our products, as well as designing and developing hardware prototypes and adapters using OrCAD schematic and layout tools.

Responsibilities:

•           Lead the electrical testing and validation of in house prototypes for silicon validation

•           Design and develop test boards using OrCAD schematic and layout tools,Develop and maintain technical documentation

•           Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware systems and components in lab environment

•           Power and high speed signal measurement experience, Board level bring-up and debug experience

•           Experience and knowledge of printed circuit board (PCB) technologies, such as rigid, hybrid, HDI, etc.

•           Industry experience in hardware architecture, board design, board bring-up and debug.

•           Knowledge of standard interfaces including I3C, SPI, PCIe, MIPI CSI/DSI, and FPGA hardware designs.

•           Knowledge of the relationship between physical layout and electrical performance.

Requirements:

•           Bachelor's degree

•           7+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on electrical testing and validation

•           Experience with OrCAD schematic and layout tools

Responsibilities

•           Design schematics, complete board layouts, assembly, test, debug, and integrate designs.

•           Transform reference designs, or block diagrams into custom solutions.

•           Perform lab measurements, and factory tests as needed to validate the design and resolve any issues prior to releasing to internal teams
Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
