Job Description

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant to support and enhance enterprise D365 solutions across Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Finance. The role involves a combination of production support, technical development, integrations, and platform enhancements, operating within an offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical application support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across SCM, Inventory, WMS, and Finance modules
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, including conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and extensions in D365 Finance & Operations
  • Develop and maintain integrations between D365 Finance & Operations and external systems
  • Build, enhance, and support solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure Logic Apps
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure stable and scalable solutions
  • Support release deployments, hotfixes, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Technical expertise in:
    • X++
    • D365 customizations and extensions
    • D365 integration patterns
  • Functional awareness of:
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Inventory Management
    • Warehouse Management
    • Finance modules
  • Experience working in an offshore support or managed services model
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured RCA mindset

Good to Have

  • Experience with Power Platform and Azure Logic Apps
  • Exposure to Azure services and D365 ecosystem integrations
  • Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise ERP environments
