Job Description

Relevant experience in systems analysis and software programming

Literacy in AI development tools or frameworks (e.g., small personal AI projects, experimenting with LLMs, using local or cloud‑based AI tooling). We value curiosity and a willingness to learn more than deep expertise.

Solid development background in Java or Python & ETL

Understanding Linux concepts and shell scripting

Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes

Strong documentation and technical writing skills

Team player with a demonstrated ability to deliver results collaboratively

Ability to work independently while following specifications and maintaining documentation discipline

Team‑player mindset with flexibility to support teammates or take on non‑development tasks when needed
