Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Tampa, FL
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with Architects, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality, business-aligned implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, HR Case Management, and Lifecycle Events.
- Implement and enhance HRSD Case Management, HR Services, Templates, Topics, Assignment Rules, and Knowledge Management.
- Develop server-side and client-side components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Configure and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Notifications, SLAs, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and email integrations.
- Support CMDB, Discovery awareness, and ensure data integrity across ITSM processes.
- Participate in the full SDLC, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, UAT support, deployment, and L2/L3 production support.
- Manage platform activities such as upgrades, cloning, update sets, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD implementations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience customizing Service Portal and/or Employee Center.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and HR service workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Proven ability to independently own modules and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- CIS – ITSM and/or HRSD – Preferred
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
