Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project governance, communication plans, and operating processes
  • Define project scope, roles, and responsibilities in alignment with business and technical stakeholders
  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and multiple workstreams
  • Plan and track project schedules, budgets, resourcing, and overall delivery status
  • Drive Agile execution using Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, workflow tracking, and issue resolution
  • Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and analytical reports to monitor project health, KPIs, and performance
  • Provide clear, data‑driven status reporting and insights to leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives using data and operational insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology‑driven environments
  • Strong hands‑on expertise with Jira (tracking, workflows, dashboards, and reporting)
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics, KPI measurement, and data‑driven reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and risk‑management capabilities
  • SAP knowledge is plus.

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
