Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to bridge client's functional and technical requirements at the module level by assisting in outlining technical specifications, performing basic configuration, and troubleshooting initial system issues.

Areas of Responsibility         

Requirement Gathering-Understand the functional requirements and assist in translating these into technical specifications.

Configuration and Customisation-"Assist in performing coding, configuration, and minor customisations as per defined design and development standards."

Technology Harmonisation-Support integration testing by validating interface behaviour and identifying basic issues.

Troubleshooting and optimisation-Support troubleshooting activities and help resolve basic technical issues related to performance or configuration of a specific module.

Documentation-Assist in preparing user documentation, configuration notes, and testing artefacts for a specific module.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Administrator

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced GCP Administrator to manage, monitor, and optimize our organization's Google Cloud Platform environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for provisioning cloud resources, ensuring security and compliance, managing costs, and supporting development teams with reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure — including administration of Google's enterprise agent platforms for AI-driven automation and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Administer and maintain GCP projects, including IAM roles, permissions, and organizational policies

· Provision, configure, and manage GCP services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, VPC, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, etc.)

· Deploy, configure, and administer Google's enterprise agent platform (e.g., Google Agentspace, Vertex AI Agent Builder) including agent provisioning, access controls, connector/data source configuration, and lifecycle management

· Manage integrations between enterprise agents and internal data sources, APIs, and third-party systems

· Monitor system performance, availability, and health using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and related tools

· Implement and manage network architecture including VPCs, subnets, firewall rules, load balancers, and VPNs

· Manage identity and access management (IAM), service accounts, and security policies to ensure least-privilege access — including access governance for AI agents and automated workflows

· Set up and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes

· Monitor and optimize cloud spend; implement cost-control measures and budget alerts, including usage tracking for agent/AI workloads

· Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Deployment Manager, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools

· Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments

· Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, data governance, and relevant regulatory requirements — including for AI agent access to sensitive data

· Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and outages, including agent platform issues

· Maintain documentation for cloud architecture, agent configurations, and operational procedures

· Stay current with GCP updates, new services, generative AI/agent platform capabilities, and industry best practices

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 3+ years of experience administering Google Cloud Platform environments

· Strong understanding of GCP core services: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, IAM, VPC, Cloud SQL

· Familiarity or Hands-on experience with Google's enterprise agent platform (Google Agentspace, Vertex AI Agent Builder, or similar) for deploying and managing AI agents at an organizational level

· Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform preferred)

· Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, or similar)

· Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPNs, load balancing, firewalls)

· Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, or third-party equivalents)

· Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks, including AI governance and data access controls

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications:

· Google Cloud certification (Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect, or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer)

 

Mandatory Skills: Google Cloud Admin .
