Job Description

  • experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as a Test Lead for complex, highly integrated projects
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments (mandatory), with exposure to Waterfall and Iterative models
  • Understanding of sales and sales operations processes, preferably in consumer channel sales
  • Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of test automation frameworks, project management methodologies, and full project lifecycle
  • Experience working with global teams, especially teams based outside the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UAT activities including test strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and metrics
  • Facilitate successful releases of system enhancements and new functionalities from development to production
  • Define and maintain release and change management processes and documentation
  • Work closely with business and project teams to review requirements and ensure testability
  • Develop and maintain UAT artifacts such as test cases, scripts, data, reports, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Facilitate triage calls, manage risks, and drive issue resolution with IS&T and business partners
  • Coordinate smoke testing, environment planning, PROD refreshes, and master data validations
  • Maintain a centralized UAT knowledge repository and continuously improve UAT best practices

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
