Minimum Education: Full-time graduate with 8 to 12 years of experience
Technology: Network Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, Network Security, Data Centre
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Coimbatore
Skills:
- Proficient in designing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting Data Centre, LAN/WAN environments across Cisco and Aruba OEMs
- Proven experience in Green Field design, deployment, and migration projects
- Skilled in Wireless WLC/AP infrastructure design, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba)
- Expertise in SD-WAN solution design, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting with at least one of the following: Cisco, Palo Alto, HPE, Versa, Velocloud, Fortinet
- Experience with Network Security platforms such as F5-LTM/GTM and Palo Alto Firewall
- Specialized knowledge in one of the following niche technologies: Cisco ACI, NSX, SDN, SDA, DNAC configuration and troubleshooting
Certification: CCNP Enterprise, HPE Aruba-Architect
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate collaboration between project and support teams by leveraging techno-functional expertise
Lead the end-to-end process for new business implementation projects, from managing business requirements to integration, configuration, and production deployment
Evaluate the feasibility of new change requests and deliver optimal solutions to clients with clear timelines
Provide techno-functional support for all new business implementations, building systems from the ground up
Assist the solutioning team with architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation phases
Develop code adhering to established development standards to determine implementation methodologies
Create and deploy automation tools and solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency
Bridge technical and functional project requirements to offer appropriate solutions and advice to clients and internal teams
Support the on-site manager by providing detailed information regarding any changes and offering off-site assistance as needed

2. Skill upgradation and competency building

  • Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
  • Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
  • Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
