Windows 365 Cloud PC Consultant / Senior Engineer

Role Summary

Design, implement, migrate, and support Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions including Enterprise, Frontline (Dedicated and Shared), Cloud Apps, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 services. The consultant will assess the existing Citrix environment, execute the migration strategy, and provide operational documentation and knowledge transfer

 

Experience

7 to 12 years in End User Computing (EUC)
Minimum 3 years with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365
Experience in Citrix to Windows 365 or AVD migration projects
Microsoft certifications preferred

Assess existing Citrix infrastructure
Analyse application compatibility
Review Active Directory and Entra ID
Review identity, authentication, and MFA
Assess network readiness and connectivity
Evaluate licensing requirements
Identify workloads suitable for Windows 365 Enterprise, Frontline, and Cloud Apps
Produce assessment and migration reports

Solution Design

Design Windows 365 architecture
Design networking and connectivity

Design security baseline
