Job Description: 

Role Purpose:

 

To architect Cyber Safe Recovery, air gapped backup, isolation environments, and recovery workflows as per  Non ZTA Enhancements milestone.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support Commvault Backup solutions tailored to client needs within cloud and data center environments.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for technical improvement and automation.
  • Ensure seamless communication across all project phases, providing regular updates and managing expectations effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex backup and recovery issues, leveraging problem-solving skills to maintain high system availability.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures related to data protection and recovery.

 

Skills & Experience:

 

• Recovery/resilience architecture experience (IRM, CR, Backup/DR).
• Experience designing air gap/isolated recovery vaults.
• Zero Trust experience for recovery environments.
Mandatory Skills: Commvault Backup .
