Job Title:

Salesforce Architect

Experience:

10–15+ years overall | 7+ years on Salesforce

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high‑performance Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong technical depth, architectural leadership, and close collaboration with business and delivery teams to drive enterprise CRM transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture aligned with business and enterprise IT standards.
  • Lead solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platforms.
  • Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft/Boomi).
  • Provide architectural governance for Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform configurations.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance across Salesforce implementations.
  • Guide development teams on best practices, design patterns, and platform limitations.
  • Own data architecture, sharing models, security frameworks, and deployment strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Review code, conduct design walkthroughs, and mentor technical teams.

Required Skills

Salesforce Architecture & Platform

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, multi‑org strategy, and domain separation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
  • Data modeling, large data volume handling, and performance optimization.

Integration & Enterprise Systems

  • Strong experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, data platforms, and legacy systems.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of asynchronous processing, event-driven architecture, and APIs.

Leadership & Delivery

  • Ability to lead technical teams and influence solution direction.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and customer‑facing experience.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise or multi-vendor environments.

Good to Have

  • Salesforce Architect certifications (System / Application / Technical Architect).
  • Exposure to Salesforce Einstein, AI, or GenAI integrations.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and release management.
  • Prior experience in transformation or migration programs.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

 
Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Administration .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
