Job Description:

Skills 

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Application Testing required
• Good understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) Processes and Methodologies
• Knowledge of Functional Requirements Gathering
• Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases
• Experience in executing tests using any Test Management Tool
• Experience in analyzing test results, preparing reports, and logging and tracking bugs
• Experience with Test Management and Bug Tracking Tools such as HP ALM/JIRA/Confluence
• Analytical skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving techniques
• Experience in API Testing using POSTMAN/SoapUI
• Desirable experience in automated testing using Selenium with different frameworks and TOSCA
• Desirable knowledge of Batch and Integration Testing activities
• Management of customer calls and defect triage
• Ability to understand and focus on customer requirements and experience in a customer service environment
• Good verbal and written communication, with a positive attitude and spirit team
