Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution

Job Description:

  • Configure and develop solutions in TLMp Reconciliation Tool.
  • Work extensively with TLM View for reconciliation processes.
  • Design, implement, and optimize reconciliation workflows for cash and securities.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to resolve reconciliation issues.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and automation using UNIX and SQL.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot reconciliation breaks and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in configuring and developing within TLMp Reconciliation Tool.
  • Strong knowledge of TLM View functionalities.
  • Proficiency in UNIX and SQL for scripting and database management.
  • Domain knowledge of banking, including transaction flows and settlement processes.
  • Expertise in Bank Reconciliation and understanding of cash and securities reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

2. Skill upgradation and competency building

  • Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
  • Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
  • Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
