POSITION_SUMMARY & REQUIRED_SKILL:
"Monitoring – The ability to understand the performance and availability for services, applications and infrastructure components.
Observability – The context to why an application is experiencing a problem.
JIRA – understand how to open, update, manage, and close JIRA tickets (Agile workflow knowledge not required)
MRD – Monitoring Requirements Document (MIPS portal) knowledge is preferred AppHq Understanding RTO, UCAL designations Audit Understand what RISE is and how to work with teams to resolve RISE deliverables Risk vulnerabilities

Understand what CVEs are, their priority, and how to approach and resolve Splunk
Understand how to facilitate the installation of Splunk software on hosts Search syntax; Construct and run searches – both simple and complex Understand and explain search results
Create dashboards Understand Splunk structure – input apps, host lists, and indexes
Be willing to learn how Splunk ingests from Containers and be able to search that data Dynatrace Install Dynatrace (using IMON) Create Host groups, Management zones, Dashboards, Metric events, alerting
Be willing to learn how to monitor containers Host knowledge Bare metal vs App Host Maintenance windows Understand what Containers are and how they are used in the organization Strong work ethic Communication – meeting routines, informative emails, ability to document processes, identify areas for improvement Learn and adapt on the fly
The Change Management process – CRQ processes, Change Cons Handle up to 20 JIRA tickets concurrently Continuous learning in the monitoring space Proactive approach to knowledge sharing Partner with Enterprise Monitoring team and resources to improve adherence to policy as well as observability across the LOBs
Monitoring Resource Candidate needs to be able to integrate and work seamlessly within a team that experiences dynamic work weeks with near constant change.
Understanding of Bank policy, risk appetite, and monitoring policy are required. Understanding of Monitoring and Observability concepts is preferred as well.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
