Job Description:
We are seeking an AI Engineer focused on organizational productivity and operational excellence to work with an engineering team to evaluate goals, priorities, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role identifies opportunities where AI tools, agents, and automation can improve execution speed, quality, and focus, and deploys new or improved SOPs to maximize team productivity
Do:
- Assess team goals, priorities, and execution models to identify productivity gaps and inefficiencies.
- Review and rationalize existing SOPs across planning, execution, tracking, and reporting workflows.
- Evaluate existing AI tools, copilots, agents, and automation solutions available to the team.
- Design, prototype, and deploy new AI-powered workflows, agents, or SOPs where gaps exist.
- Partner with engineering, program management, and leadership to drive adoption of new operating models.
- Measure impact through clear productivity, quality, and cycle-time metrics and iterate as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong background in AI/ML, applied automation, or intelligent systems.
- Experience evaluating and improving team processes, workflows, or operating models.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, or orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to translate ambiguous productivity problems into structured, deployable solutions.
- Strong communication skills to influence adoption across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
