We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic Program Manager with a true passion for leading and developing people. You'll drive complex hardware and software product initiatives, using your enthusiasm and expertise to guide programs from conception through launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Program Leadership As the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, you'll be the driving force behind program success. You will manage the entire lifecycle of hardware and software products, from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End-of-Life (EOL). This includes overseeing project scope, timelines, and budgets, as well as managing resource allocation and risk mitigation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Soft Skills You'll need to excel at stakeholder management and influence. Your role requires you to collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to align project goals with overall business strategy. Your ability to build consensus, navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, and communicate a clear vision will be critical in driving team cohesion and project success.
- Team Management & Development You'll directly manage and mentor a diverse, cross-functional team, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities. Your enthusiasm for people management will be key to building a strong, cohesive team that consistently delivers high-quality results and genuinely enjoys their work.
- Data-Driven Decision Making You'll analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. Your insights will inform critical decisions that improve product quality and team performance.

- Skills and Qualifications
1) 5+ years of program management and direct people management experience, with a proven track record of building and leading successful teams.
2) Direct experience leading hardware and/or software product development programs through the full product lifecycle (NPI to EOL).
3) Exceptional soft skills, including leadership, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution, with a genuine enthusiasm for developing and motivating team members.
4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin.
6) Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7) Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
