Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform hardware reliability testing based on established procedures, including environmental, mechanical, and certification tests.
- Conduct functional checks before, during, and after testing.
- Generate test reports following standardized report formats.
- Set up and operate test equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Work Instructions (WI).
- Record and report test results using Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Provide timely updates on test progress at scheduled intervals.
- Handle multiple tasks and manage several tests simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in quality and reliability testing, including mechanical stress, shock/drop/vibration, and environmental testing.
- Good communication skills and basic English reading and writing ability.
- Positive work attitude and strong self-learning capability.
- Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of relevant experience in quality and reliability testing, including mechanical stress, shock/drop/vibration, and environmental testing.

No Performance Parameter Measure
1 Understanding the test requirements and test case design of the product Ensure error free testing solutions, minimum process exceptions, 100% SLA compliance, # of automation done using VB, macros
2 Execute test cases and reporting Testing efficiency & quality, On-Time Delivery, Troubleshoot queries within TAT, CSAT score
