Job Responsibilities
- Ability to identify qualified candidate by using the proper sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Hunter, Job portals, social platforms, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both passive and active candidates by understanding their career aspirations and aligning them with the organization’s opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date of talent market trends. Able to provide Talent Market insight to hiring manager to make better-informed recruitment decisions with fruitful data insight.
- Manage recruitment dashboard, including deliver hiring analysis report, periodic reviews with various stakeholders
- To monitor recruitment progress/ hiring quality and identify potential issues by proper reports and KPIs.

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on engaging and influencing senior-level candidates.
- Strong knowledge of global recruitment practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially on MS Excel, Power point, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across regions and functions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, able to work independently and a good team player.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of related experience with knowledge of full cycle recruiting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
