Job Responsibilities

  • Translate Python algorithms/tool code into a C++ library (lib) runnable on the Android platform.
  • Integrate this C++ library into the Pixel platform.
  • Develop command-line scripts to enable/disable this library.
  • Measure the latency and power consumption of this library on the Pixel platform.
  • Analyze the distribution of scaler and vector computations within the library.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience using C++ and Python.
  • Experience in development on Embedded systems, Linux, or Mobile platforms.
  • Experience with system integration, performance analysis, or debugging.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3+ years of Android platform development experience (e.g., AOSP, Android Framework, NDK, HAL, or Driver level).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with code porting, performance optimization, or computation analysis (scaler/vector).
  • Familiarity with Android platform performance and power measurement tools (e.g., Perfetto, Systrace, Simpleperf).
  • Familiarity with Linux Kernel or low-level Android driver development.
English Proficiency Requirements
  • Ability to understand spoken and written English.
  • Ability to communicate in meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Ability to write clear and concise English documents.
