Job Description

We are looking for a Server NPI Project Manager based in our client Hsinchu Office to support specifically on Server New Product Introduction builds and development in foreseen business growth in Taiwan.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


· Responsible for engineering pull request and purchase order issuing

· Help with SAP system transaction for PBR execution

· Route tickets for movement of NPI units to coordinate shipment changes and communicate potential risks.

· Support resolution of excess material positions after each NPI build and prior to volume production release.

· Coordinate and assist with regularly scheduled meetings for CM KPI review

· Help with internal process improvements and SOP documentation


REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

· Bachelor’s degree

· 3 ~5+ years of CM/ODM Server product project management experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills

· Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently.

· Familiarity with creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation.

· Organized and efficient in time-management, capable of multi-tasking, ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

· ability to clearly communicate and resolve issues with a wide variety of people and demands and ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates.

· Comply with company policies and safety regulations.
