The purpose of the role is to source and hire the right talent against the requirements shared by the business and ensuring a positive employer brand experience for the candidate throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes (job opening, sourcing, interviews, and hiring closure).
- Align role profiles and requirements with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Publish job openings across different recruitment platforms and channels.
- Conduct active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases).
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on each stage of the process.
- Assess technical and behavioral competencies, as well as cultural fit.
- Maintain constant communication with candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Support offer management and vacancy closure.
- Keep recruitment systems (ATS) and metrics reports up to date.
- Meet performance indicators (SLAs, time to hire, quality of hire).
