Role: Talent Partner
Location: California (Mountain View, San Jose)
As our Global Strategic Partner, you will identify business domain and consulting leaders, experts, partners, and champions to meet the growth demands of our practices across multiple industries and technologies regionally and globally. You will bring your high degree of integrity, attention to detail, and be responsible for the end-to-end talent journey of our leaders and executives. You share our passion and commitment to an inclusive and diversified work environment and ensure a superb candidate experience.
You will partner with our business leaders by taking action to understand their businesses, markets and proactively deliver on their talent requirements. You’ll continue to develop your understanding through research, market mapping, interviewing and networking. You will lead stake holder engagements and provide update on pipelines, talent maps and talent advisory.
You will manage sourcing and scheduling resources with respect and efficiency. Maintain proper and detailed records in accord with company policy.
Qualifications:͏
- 8+ years mid to senior level searches for executive search or corporate recruiting function recruiting consulting leaders and subject matter experts.
- Work on improving the candidate and recruiter experience while ensuring the process adherence and compliance.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to listen with empathy, engage the audience effectively, create impact, and connect with others.
- Focuses on meeting the needs of internal and external customers with a constant view to understanding their mindset and designing initiatives in line with their needs.
- Builds and leverages personal networks across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrates the ability and willingness to learn, upskill and meet changing expectations by keeping pace with industry developments, HR best practices and trends.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel Previous experience with ATS or CRM/ candidate database systems
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and carry them out independently.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
