Scrum Master
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile with strong Banking domain experience to lead and scale Agile delivery across multiple cross‑functional teams. This role requires deep hands‑on expertise in Scrum execution, Agile transformation, JIRA administration, and program‑level delivery management, operating in complex and ambiguous environments.
The incumbent will be accountable for driving Agile maturity, ensuring predictable sprint delivery, managing large cross‑functional programs, and influencing stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Key Responsibilities͏
Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Serve at least two Agile/Scrum teams concurrently, fostering high productivity, collaboration, and consistent delivery.
- Act as a servant leader, strengthening Agile mindset and ensuring effective adoption of Scrum principles and practices.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure teams consistently deliver sprint goals aligned to committed velocity, quality, and outcomes..
- Lead JIRA administration, configuration, and governance across teams.
- Build and maintain advanced JIRA dashboards, rich filters, reports, and smart dashboards.
- Bring strong Banking / Financial Services domain expertise, including exposure to areas such as:
- Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, or Digital Banking platforms.
- Dive deep into business domains to help shape product and platform direction using domain‑driven design principles.
Required Skills & Experience͏
Must‑Have
- Proven experience serving multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
- Strong track record of improving Agile maturity and Scrum adoption.
- Extensive hands‑on JIRA experience including configuration, dashboards, reporting, and advanced filters.
- Strong program and project management skills in Agile environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑paced, and complex environments.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Mandatory Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
Preferred
- Experience handling large cross‑functional programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Exposure to Agile transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Scrum Master / Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe – preferred, not mandatory).

Experience: 3-5 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
