Program Manager

  • Role Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Program Management leader to drive enterprise transformation initiatives, AI-enabled PMO capabilities, and large-scale business programs across Finance, Technology, Operations, and Shared Services organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PMO governance, AI adoption, Oracle ERP programs, stakeholder management, and strategic program delivery.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead complex enterprise transformation and strategic change initiatives.
    • Drive adoption of Generative AI across PMO processes, governance, reporting, testing, and delivery management.
    • Establish and manage program governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting.
    • Manage cross-functional global teams and stakeholder engagements at executive levels.
    • Lead M&A, divestiture, transition services, and business integration programs.
    • Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, and process optimization initiatives.
    • Oversee Oracle EBS P2P, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance-related transformation programs.

    Required Skills

    • Strong PMO Governance and Enterprise Transformation background.
    • Experience implementing Generative AI use cases within project and program management functions.
    • Expertise in ServiceNow, Jira, HP ALM, and enterprise delivery tools.
    • Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and governance experience.
    • Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed teams.
    • Knowledge of Oracle ERP, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance processes.

 

Mandatory Skills: Oracle Apps Finance Functional .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
