Wipro is currently looking for experienced data processors for 6 month position. 

Our insurance processors will be working in the local Tampa office: Tampa, FL 33607

What we do:

  • Process mail for members that have been flagged with a Qualified Medical Child Support Order by their employers
  • It is broken down into 6 different types of work:
    • Explanation of Benefits
    • Medical & Dental ID cards
    • General Correspondence
    • Return Mail
    • Healthcare Statements

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • ·    Ability to effectively multi tasks and prioritize
  • ·    Ability to easily adapt to changing environment and priorities
  • ·    Accepts responsibility and accountability for all decisions and completed duties
  • ·    Takes initiative and requires little assistance with standard and non-standard requests
  • ·    Conducts system research to support appropriate mailing of documents/correspondence
  • ·    Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
  • ·    Works with others as part of a team
    • Identify and learn appropriate product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting 
    • Document and analyze call logs to spot most occurring trends to prevent future problems
    • Maintain and update self-help documents for customers to speed up resolution time
    • Identify red flags and escalate serious client issues to Team leader in cases of untimely resolution
    • Ensure all product information and disclosures are given to clients before and after the call/email requests
    • Avoids legal challenges by complying with service agreements

  • Required Qualifications:
  • ·    High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • ·    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
  • ·    2+ years of experience in Data Entry
  • ·    1+ year experience with Office skills (typing, filing, research on our internal systems and the internet; must be able to type at least 35 WPM)
  • ·    Ability to work 8:00am – 4:30pm during training and any of our 8-hour shift schedules within our normal business hours of 6:00am – 6:00pm after training
  • ·    Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $25,000 to $50,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
