Team Lead (AR) - Onsite

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Ageing report creation and review
• Communicating with customers & sales team for collections
• Internal dashboard preparation
• Reporting daily activities to AR Manager
 
 
Qualifications:
 
 
  • College Graduate (Business Management/Commerce Preferred) 
  • 3-5 Years overall relevant experience of Accounts Receivable
  • Attention to details (complex invoices, QA, minor exceptions, payment
  • Time management, Committed to learn and deliver
  • Advance Excel knowledge
  • Exposure to Process Improvement projects in AR
  • ERP exposure
  • People management (led a team for more than a year at least)

 

Work Arrangement:

 

  • Onsite - Central Bloc 2, Cebu City
  • Australian Time Zone (Dayshift)

 

Mandatory Skills: O2C (Transactional Accounting Services) .

 

Experience: 1-3 Years .
