Job Description

Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Lead to manage banking operations for a UK bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team supporting banking operations for UK clients
        • Oversee financial processes related to auto/motor financing and related functions
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and guidelines
  • Analyze reports and data related to collections and operational performance
  • Drive process improvements and ensure efficient workflow management
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in banking operations, with exposure to UK/US processes
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Team Lead in a financial (banking) account
  • Strong experience in collections team management and related reporting
  • Sound knowledge of the banking domain, including process flows and bucket management
  • Good understanding of banking terminologies, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication and strong listening skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance effectively

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling multiple banking functions (mortgage, auto finance, fraud, underwriting, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback
2 Self- Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism, Training Hours, No of technical training completed
Mandatory Skills: Mortgage(Originations) .

 

Experience: 1-3 Years .
