Job Description

Responsibilities: 
• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the GT Investment Allocations team, managing workload, reviews, and 
process quality. 
• Partner with CIO teams, PMs, and investment committees to support allocation discussions and provide 
data‑driven insights. 
• Serve as the primary escalation point for NY analysts on data or workflow issues. 
• Drive workflow improvements, automation, and tooling enhancements to support scalability across a 
growing investor base. 
• Undertake multiple ad hoc projects as requested by senior management. Respond to ad-hoc requests from the 
Capital formation/ GT Investment analysts and provide relevant information as needed. 
• Provide support to track Lending capacity for BDCs and maintain pipeline transactions for clients catering 
to overall client.
• Maintain & track closed & pipeline transactions for US DL funds along with the important KPIs and statistics. 
• Mentor and develop team members, establishing best‑practice standards and enhancing technical and 
analytical capabilities. 
• Maintain governance standards, documentation, and audit trails for all allocation decisions and processes. 
Skills Required: 
• MBA in Finance, CFA, or CA qualification.  
• Strong understanding of credit markets, allocation frameworks, and guideline‑based portfolio construction. 
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or cross‑functional workflows. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word). 
• Ability to summarize complex information succinctly and efficiently. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and stakeholder-management skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure and with multiple 
stakeholders. 
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision. 
• Proven track record of working directly with senior management.  
• Proficient in handling client escalations, resource allocation, people management, and project deliverables.
