As Business Analyst, the employee must drive critical functions such as requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, ion, and solution validation, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical outcomes. They should be knowledgeable in Agile methodologies and most importantly, an effective communicator within the team. Role Description:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements as user stories.
• Understand and evaluate the technological landscape and security solutions.
• Identify and document technical data and information flows.
• strong testing practices and cooperation between engineers and testers.
• Promote Champion agile best practices and ensure the team adheres to agile principles.
• Collect and clarify requirements for new data integrations to ensure everyone understands what's needed.
• Connect team members with the right contacts across the organization to keep projects moving forward.
• Organize meetings with external partners to resolve issues caused by outside dependencies.
• Provide clear, practical guidelines to help teams refine and improve user stories for better results.
• Develop processes to support effective operation of security solutions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
