AWS Tech Lead Role -

Location- Pune or Kolkata

Exp- 8 to 10yrs

The AWS Tech Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end technical ownership of serverless platforms on AWS. This includes defining reference architectures, leading Infrastructure‑as‑Code initiatives using AWS CDK, and guiding a cross‑functional team consisting of backend, UI, QA, and DevOps engineers. The role combines hands‑on technical expertise with technical leadership, ensuring high standards for security, reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and delivery speed.

Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing CDK stacks using advanced constructs and patterns, establishing CI/CD pipelines with AWS CodePipeline and CodeBuild, and delivering scalable APIs using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3. The Tech Lead also sets quality standards through CDK testing, enforces governance and guardrails, designs multi‑tenant identity solutions using Amazon Cognito, and provides technical oversight for React + TypeScript frontend development. Strong emphasis is placed on IAM least‑privilege models, observability using CloudWatch, operational readiness, and production support.

Roles require strong proficiency in TypeScript, solid understanding of AWS serverless services, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with Git‑based workflows. Testing, security, observability, and adherence to best practices are core expectations. The Tech Lead role adds people leadership, architectural ownership, and platform‑level responsibility, while the Developer role emphasizes execution and hands‑on delivery.
Mandatory Skills: Serverless AWS Lambda development .
