Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

1. Min 6 yrs of experience as a PL SQL Developer. Should be hands-on as well. Should be able to write code without any support as there will be coding test while evaluation.

2. Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, design, and normalization.

3. Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, Data warehouse and Performance tuning.

4. Experience with Oracle databases, tools, and utilities.

5. Good hands-on experience in Unix.

6. Should have experience in DWH, OLAP & Data processing / loading from multiple & different kind of sources.

7. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and proficiency in Git for version control, code collaboration, and deployment workflows.

8. Experience in Autosys or any other job scheduler

9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

10. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Should be able to work as an IC

  • Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
    • Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge
    • Collate trainings to be conducted as triage to bridge the skill gaps identified through interviews with the Production Specialist 
    • Develop and conduct trainings (Triages) within products for production specialist as per target
    • Inform client about the triages being conducted
    • Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
    • Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
    • Identify and document most common problems and recommend appropriate resolutions to the team
    • Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
