Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Senior specializing in Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related discipline, with at least 7 years of professional experience in AI solution development and software engineering. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also considered

 

Key technical qualifications include:

  • Expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agent implementation and deployment
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks like Langchain, Langgraph and MVP frameworks in machine learning
  • At least 6 years of Python programming experience focused on AI development
  • 7+ years developing Java web applications, including RESTful web service architecture
  • Strong mastery of Spring Framework and Spring Boot with Maven build tools
  • Experience in reactive and event-driven programming leveraging Apache Kafka (minimum 5 years)
  • Robust object-oriented design skills and familiarity with software design patterns
  • Ability to design, author, and manage APIs adhering to industry best practices
  • Proficiency with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
  • Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency in high-performance applications

Preferred but not mandatory:

  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, especially Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes ecosystem

Total IT industry experience of 7+ years is expected, with a focus on AI product engineering
