Job Description: 

Technical lead-Java fullstack Angular

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Location: Pune

Experience: 7+ years

 

Required skills and experience:

Technical –

Must have:

1. Strong experience with back-end technologies: Java 17, 21 or above, Spring boot 3 plus, Spring Boot Components, Spring Integration and Spring Batch, Workflow Engine like Activiti or Flowable.

2. Experience in building REST APIs and microservices.

3. Experience in writing detailed AI prompts to use Claude/Copilot models to generate end-to-end projects along with Rapid development/upgrade work.

4. Solid understanding of PostgreSQL.

5. Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Swagger, Jenkins, Ansible.

6. Experience with Continuous Delivery practices, including TDD and automated testing (including non-functional performance testing).

 

Good to have:

1. Experience of working on high volume data integration and throughput requirements (profiling).

2. Knowledge of Front-end technologies: Angular 16 or above, HTML5, CSS3, Grid frameworks/libraries (AG-Grid 32+).

3. Good understanding of GCP and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

4. Background of solid architectural work is advantageous.

 

Non-Technical -

1. Strong communication skills: experience of interfacing with IT Lead/Delivery Manager, Architect, business Product Owners and IT offshore teams.

2. Model: Strive to be Role Model for the peers.
