Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Test Manager to lead testing efforts across complex enterprise projects involving HR, Finance, and Payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multiple testing lifecycles, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving issue resolution in integrated environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams including testers, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless test execution.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end testing lifecycles: System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Parallel Testing, and go-live readiness.
  • Prepare and maintain test artefacts including test plans, scripts, execution reports, and implementation documentation.
  • Drive business tester engagement, monitor testing schedules, and report risks and issues effectively to stakeholders.
  • Proactively triage and investigate issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to project timelines.
  • Oversee system integrations between HR, Finance, and Payroll systems, ensuring data consistency and operational alignment.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence for test management and collaboration.
  • Work with enterprise platforms including Oracle HCM, ERP, and EPM.
  • Support payroll system implementations, ideally with experience in ADP GlobalView or ADP Celergo.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing enterprise testing projects.
  • Strong understanding of system integration principles and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and ADP systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.
Mandatory Skills: Data Quality Engineering .
