.Net Tech Lead
 
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
•    Lead a team of .NET developers in designing and implementing microservices and APIs.
•    Translate business requirements into technical designs aligned with Nexus architecture.
•    Enforce Clean Architecture, DDD, and CQRS patterns across projects.
•    Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding standards.
•    Collaborate with Solution Architects and Azure Architects on system design and deployment.
Design & Development
•    Design RESTful APIs with HATEOAS and versioning for mobile and web clients via the BFF layer.
•    Implement business logic using MediatR and FluentValidation.
•    Build event driven integrations using Azure Service Bus and Event Grid.
•    Integrate with external systems (NPPES,other databases).
•    Optimize performance and scalability of Azure App Service / AKS deployments.
Security & Compliance
•    Work with security teams to implement OAuth2 / OIDC flows with Okta Identity Engine.
•    Ensure PHI encryption (AES 256), key rotation, and secure API management policies.
•    Define and enforce RBAC / ABAC authorization models for microservices.
•    Maintain audit logging and monitoring via App Insights and Datadog.
Collaboration & Delivery
•    Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define technical acceptance criteria.
•    Coordinate with QA and DevOps teams to automate builds and deployments (Azure DevOps Pipelines).
•    Support release planning and technical estimation for sprints.
•    Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
