Required Skills & Qualifications:· 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or TPM roles· Strong domain experience in Banking & Cards (Payments, Credit Cards, Issuing/Acquiring)· Hands-on expertise with Jira (workflow management, reporting) and Confluence· Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills· Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams· Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle· Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent programsPreferred Qualifications:· Experience working with Citi or similar financial institutions· Exposure to risk, regulatory, and compliance programs· Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist· Familiarity with data-driven reporting and dashboardsKey Competencies:· Program Governance & Execution· Stakeholder & Client Management· Risk & Compliance Awareness· Agile Delivery Leadership· Communication & Problem-SolvingNice to Have:· Knowledge of Payments, Cards Processing, or Digital Banking systems· Experience with DevOps or release management tools· Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
