Role
The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a project driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in consulting and implementation of IT projects. Preferably 5 years of azure cloud migration/modernization implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of SDLC process, cost models (FTE, FP, FC, Staff Augmentation)
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users across the geographies.
• Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong in communication and problem solving/ decision making
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Preferably PMP or WPMP certified.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Must have worked in large IT programs, acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the implementation team.
• Proven experience in planning, scheduling, monitoring/ tracking and reporting project status
• Communicate with stakeholders, plan programs, and manage RAID
• Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate and manage dependencies with internal teams and external third parties, including product vendors.
• Drive the Due diligence (scope) discussions with app owners and AAF SMEs
• Understand UBS business processes and design solution architecture.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to the team.
• Good people manager with proven ability to handle distributed teams in ownership mode.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Participate in various operations (project lead mapping) activities like RLS, BTG, KPIs adherence, Leaves tracking, RTO/TRW tracking, people management, R&R etc.
• Should excel in Customer interactions and handling tough negotiations/ conflict management
